CheeseCon returns to Madison in April 2027

Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association and the Center for Dairy Research announce CheeseCon for 20–22 April 2027 at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison. The organizers distinguish its tabletop exhibition format from the larger CheeseExpo held in even-numbered years.
